Our Mission: To use the collective wisdom of our experiences to create a dialogue among the diverse communities of professionals, academics, advocates and activists seeking to end violence against women, children and under-represented populations.
Louise Bauschard, Founder
Louise founded Voices Set Free as a non profit organization in 1997. She is a nationally recognized battered women’s rights advocate and author of “Voices Set Free: Battered Women Speak From Prison” with more than 30 years of experience working as a Community Activist and an Educator.
